About the course
The course is developed for the aspirants who desire to acquire solid foundations in Pastry & Bakery and wish to perfect the essential and contemporary techniques applicable in the Pastry & Bakery industry. You will learn about ingredients, their characteristics and importance in different recipes, as well as tools and equipment.
